The Little Cat in the Cemetery

The kitten Tang Yuan grew up in a cemetery.

Everyone thought black cats were unlucky, so he made the most unlucky place his home, usually sleeping in the woods near the cemetery.

It was a very large cemetery, and new friends often moved in.

Whenever someone came to cry by a gravestone, the friends would ask the kitten to rub against them and let them pet him. If someone was especially heartbroken, he could even use his tail to wipe away their tears.

Everyone said there was a kind little fairy cat in the cemetery who would comfort the families of the deceased who came to pay their respects.

But the new friends always smiled and said goodbye to the kitten on their seventh day.

Day after day, the kitten waited for new friends to come, so he could comfort new bundles of tears.

As the days went by, there were no more empty places in the cemetery. When the last new friend moved in, the kitten silently curled his tail and sighed.

Sigh, the kitten has to move •᎔•

On the last friend's seventh day, just as the kitten was reluctantly preparing to move, the new friend stroked his fluffy little head and smiled kindly. "Kitten, do Grandpa one more favor."

"Go take care of Grandpa's grandson. He has no friends, and Grandpa is worried about him."

Meowkay.

The kitten perked up his tail and seriously accepted the task.

The kitten had to move anyway. It didn't matter where he moved. There was a new bundle of tears who needed the kitten's tail to wipe them away!

After his grandfather died, Lin Wanshan had nothing left to live for in this world.

He cleaned the house until it was spotless, then calmly sank into the deep bathtub, ready to reunite with his grandfather.

Then a shadowy figure slipped into the cold water around him.

"Meow!"

The little black cat grabbed the person's wrist in his teeth and tugged with all his strength.

Human, kitty came to save you!

The kitten wants a friend who's alive!
