How Did a Yoshiwara Brothel Keeper Turn into a Demon?

An outsider has come to the red-light district.

The woman was so beautiful that even the oiran of the Kyogoku House couldn't compare with her.

Gyutaro wandered the flower district, his downward-slanting eyes peering out from beneath his filthy hair.

What did that have to do with him?

When Changqing fell, Ming Xiao had time to save only her master's child, who was also her junior sister.

After her master's wife forced them into a spatial rift, they landed in this world.

The baby wouldn't stop crying, forcing Ming Xiao to stay in the red-light district, a place with a warped set of values where beauty was held above all else.

Trying to make a living while caring for the child left Ming Xiao stretched thin, so she turned her attention to Gyutaro, who was raising his younger sister alone.

But before the child could grow up, her temporary guardian turned into a demon?

Check out my upcoming story~ Demon Slayer Corps Mod in Stardew Valley

Jiang Wei is a max-level Stardew Valley player. She loves the game deeply, thanks to its endless stream of mods.

Then one day, after installing too many mods, the game crashed and wiped her save. A friend sent her a new mod and asked if she still wanted to play.

Jiang Wei: "...Sure."

The new mod opened up an entirely new map and added new characters. It even introduced opposing factions, though you couldn't choose the enemy faction at the start.

Jiang Wei started building her progress from scratch. In spring, she randomly found scattered red spider lilies on the map. In autumn, she dug up sweet potatoes and radishes, then tossed all the food she made into her backpack.

There were no guides for the new characters, and she didn't know what they liked, so Jiang Wei had to try things one by one. Then, one time, she accidentally gave a red spider lily to Muzan, and her friendship level went up by three hearts.

Jiang Wei: ! You can raise friendship with the enemy faction too!

Jiang Wei accidentally crafted a faction-changing stone, and a pop-up warned her that the target was invalid. She tried it on one person after another, but never got a success message. Just as she thought the System was bugged, she switched weapons while fighting Doma, a mini-boss in the Infinity Castle mines, and accidentally switched the faction-changing stone into her hand. The System displayed a prompt:

[Switch factions? Switching factions requires 1 faction-changing stone.]

So that's how it works! That's how it works!

Sanemi Shinazugawa met a strange member of the Demon Slayer Corps. Whenever she ran into him, she would somehow produce a rice cracker and give it to him. The most outrageous time was when he opened the door and found her standing outside, holding a rice cracker. He had no idea how long she'd been there.

...Couldn't she knock?

Later, she got free access to his home, and soon his place was full of barrels for brewing alcohol.

Sanemi Shinazugawa: ...The nerve!!!

After getting used to Jiang Wei barging in like a bandit, Sanemi belatedly realized one day, while heading out on a mission, that he hadn't seen that strange member in a long time.

Then he found out she'd joined Muzan's forces!

Jiang Wei loved mining in the Infinity Castle, but whenever she ran into the boss named Kibutsuji Muzan, she would be surrounded by six mini-bosses.

Most importantly, she couldn't beat them. Luckily, the one called Akaza never attacked her, but the one called Doma often did.

When her health was nearly gone, Doma kept attacking. Jiang Wei watched helplessly as her character dropped 10,000 gold, 13 rice crackers, and 1 red spider lily.

All right, all right, stop making me drop stuff! I'm going to lose everything I own. I'll stop mining, okay? ...Wait, why have they stopped fighting?

*The heroine plays the game on her phone at first, then transmigrates later

*When health runs out, you don't reload your save. You just keep dropping materials until they're all gone

*The male lead is still Sanemi
