Gaodian Sua and her husband are deeply in love.
At least, that's what she thinks.
Sua seems to be perpetually shrouded in tragedy. Every time she finally finds happiness in marriage, it ends with her husband's death.
She cries and cries until someone cups her face and wipes away her tears, telling her not to grieve anymore. They wipe and wipe... and wipe and wipe...
Wait, no!
Sua is furious. Why won't they stop wiping my tears?!
Ever since my husband died, why does everyone want to take his place?

[Dating Sim Version]
Gaodian Sua always falls in love with minor side characters in popular romance RPGs, the kind who barely even have a voice.
Recently, she bought a popular, deeply immersive full-dive game at its lowest-ever sale price: Demon Slayer. It even came with an expansion pack right from the start. Most importantly, the minor character she likes is now romanceable.
The expansion pack includes five starting identities related to the main characters you can pursue. For most players, these are like a godsend. They are:
[Childhood Friend]
[Meant to Be]
[Love-Hate Relationship]
[Past Life and Present]
[Random?]
Gaodian Sua is troubled. These identities all seem to create too deep a bond with the male leads. After much deliberation, she finally chooses random.
After clicking through, Sua decides this is the best expansion pack she has ever bought.
The System assigns her the identity [Wife of a Minor Character].
All right. Sua decides to play through a few more times.
The game is vivid and realistic, with a story that unfolds at a leisurely pace. Her husband is handsome, devoted, and loving. It's the perfect remedy for life's troubles, and everything seems wonderful.
It would be even better if the game didn't suddenly kill off her husband all the time.

[Three Months Later, Game User Forum]
@Soa: Why do the digital husbands I buy always die? And why do these random characters keep showing up, shaking me by the shoulders and saying, "Snap out of it! I'm the one you're destined to marry. That guy's just a nobody!"?
5L: That's because the main story for the "Wife of a Minor Character" identity only starts after your husband dies, you goof... Why have you spent five hundred hours playing the prologue?! Do you never press ESC to skip the opening cutscene?!
@Soa: I thought you could just keep playing the prologue. That way, my husband could stay with me and keep loving me, and he wouldn't die, qvq

[Potential Stories I Might Write (Order Undecided)]
Tsugikuni Route: The wife of the lord faithfully served by the Tsugikuni family.
(Probably a second playthrough, with a Michikatsu route + a Yoriichi route)
Douma Route: A fragile demon wife who comes to the Paradise Faith to pray for blessings for her gravely ill human husband.
Muzan Route: His childhood friend, who broke off their engagement because he was seriously ill, marries another sickly priest years later?
Giyu Route: What do you mean, you can't become a Tsuguko because your husband is going to die? Are you even married?
Demon King Tanjiro IF Route: After becoming the Demon King, he falls into a deep sleep. A hundred years later, Sua is crying as she buries her husband's body when she happens to dig up his coffin...

The author is a wage slave. Updates depend on rankings, and will follow the ranking schedule.
1. Similar format to the story next door: slow-paced transmigration / repeated playthroughs / episodic. I'll try to keep each playthrough short, since I get stuck when I make them too long (tears).
2. Strong early-2000s otome game vibes, with melodramatic, angst-heavy, dark fiction. Her husband dies from the start, with almost no warning. The heroine has character flaws and isn't a strong female lead or a girlboss. Once the male leads become corrupted, they are basically hopeless romantics. The logic can be absurd, and they'll even become homewreckers for love. There are tons of melodramatic and angsty tropes! I'll try to give each episode a happy, bad, or true ending.
3. The "Wife of a Minor Character" attribute is something I made up. There isn't much romance content with the minor-character husband, since he dies from the start. I also made up his identity and character settings... I created him to fix a bug and generate angst and melodrama. My wife-loving kink is plain for all to see by now.
4. The heroine isn't perfect. She's sweet on the outside and dark within, extremely self-centered, and pretends to be troubled so she can get all the love she wants. She's twisted, has low morals, and believes in "the one I love most," not "the only one I love." There is female worship and female admiration. Please check the tags and avoid if needed. The plot has no logic, so don't blame the heroine.
5. My own chaotic plot and timeline. Everyone has different tastes, as usual. The first episode is free to sample through its happy ending. After that, you can buy the bad or happy endings according to your preferences. If you like the writing style and enjoy the story, then buy the rest~
6. I revise constantly. I love revising within an hour of posting a new chapter, and I may revise again later. I can't guarantee that scraping apps won't have errors or broken links. Chapter comments are open. Thank you, little angels, for your comments and support. Please keep showing me your love!
