[Please read the content warnings carefully.] Includes: behind-the-scenes faith, a slight ensemble cast, supernatural abilities, organizations,
younger, deranged, extreme fanatic vs. lofty, exalted divine messenger
In 5202 AD, the fifth year that an unknown meteorite had been circling the Blue Star, scientists named it "Believer."
In 5206 AD, "Believer" began to leave its orbit and draw closer to the Blue Star. Just as all the scientists thought this would be the end of the Blue Star, "Believer" skimmed past it and crashed on the Flame Star.
That same year, a substance called "npk" appeared in the air in vast quantities, eventually taking the place of nitrogen.
Plants began to grow wildly, animals mutated, and species evolved. The only ones forgotten were humans, who stood at the top of the food chain.
Humanity fell from the top of the pyramid.
At some point, a new urban legend emerged: an organization called "White Bird" would bring new hope.
When you are in despair, call out to "White Bird." He will save you from suffering and put out fires and floods. He is the new Noah's Ark.
I will always be your most devout believer, Messenger.
Gong: I will always be the sharpest blade in the Messenger's hand. It can only be me, and no one else.
Shou: Good child, come here. You will always be my most cherished child. God will never abandon you.
Please judge the potential dealbreakers for yourself:
● The shou is the strongest! The gong's powers were given to him by the shou!
● The shou is powerful and loves showing off. After all, gods are meant to be lofty and untouchable.
● Both are pure in body and heart; both are strong, both are crazy; dual perspectives; mutual feelings are crystal clear!
● The gong is the shou's fanatic! A fanatic! They dote on each other!!!
● Younger gong; he's very crazy. The story has a slightly dark tone, so don't read if that's not for you. They are each other's one and only.
● The shou holds the upper hand (meaning in control, not that thing. I dislike the bottom being weak.)
Note: Since this is a behind-the-scenes story and the shou is the mastermind, the gong and shou may get equal perspective time, or it may be a 4:6 ratio.
Anyway, whoever makes the biggest entrance is definitely the shou.
Because this is a behind-the-scenes story, the mastermind, who is also the shou, is lofty and above everyone else.
His will is everything. He is the one in control, so the gong can never and will never surpass the shou in either their relationship or their status.
So I'm clarifying the perspective and status dynamic in advance. Decide for yourself if that's a dealbreaker. Most likely, the story will still use both perspectives.
Readers' summary: Not suitable for kk, mild is fine, but only mild!
Author's summary: I won't let either character become a mere background prop.
Whole-story summary: They're perfect for each other! No exceptions!!!
