NPC Perspective:
On the distant Grand Line lies a magical and prosperous island, a place of luxury and indulgence where the people live in abundance and countless visitors flock. Here, you can have anything you want, as long as you pay! You can enjoy unparalleled pleasures and everything you've ever dreamed of.
The key is paying ← If you want to skip the bill, you'll pay for your foolishness with [everything].
People call this place [Eden Island].
The island's ruler is the legendary great pirate on a par with the Four Emperors, a sea tyrant in the Navy's eyes, and the richest woman on these seas, a merchant magnate in every sense of the word: [MONEY QUEEN] Edward Thea.
A woman with formidable power who commands all maritime trade, she is the Godmother in the eyes of countless merchants and pirates.
If a pirate tries to extort the Queen's fortune, she smiles.
Thea: "You want my treasure?! I'm not just going to hand it over, but come on! Come and find me! The Grand Line! Everything I own is here! But once you get here, everything you own will be mine!"
Player Perspective:
[ONE PIECE] is a hugely popular full-dive simulation game, renowned for its exceptional freedom and flexible gameplay. As a "veteran player," Thea wasted no time getting it.
From the start, [Thea] chose "Survival Mode" and was air-dropped into a vast ocean, nearly getting Game Over the moment she landed.
Fortunately, thanks to a player's good luck, she was rescued by a nanny NPC who seemed to be from the starting village.
The NPC said his name was Edward Newgate. Following her usual gaming habits, the player immediately gave him a nickname: Whitebeard! (He'll be called Whitebeard from here on.)
Thea: "Whitebeard! What's for dinner tonight? Got any quests? Any quests? I want experience points!!"
Newgate: "My name isn't Whitebeard. Whatever, as long as you're happy. Go chop some wood to pass the time."
Thea (chopping down a tree with her bare hands): "Sure! I'm great at grinding experience points!"
Newgate: "...This kid's babbling nonsense again."
A fearsome pair of siblings appeared on the seas of the New World. After the Rocks Pirates disbanded, each chose to become a power in their own right, until the downfall of [Pirate King] Gol D. Roger ushered in the Great Pirate Era, and her own age began.
But it seemed that the fearsome pirate woman... had quit being a pirate?
As if! This woman was going to rule both the underworld and the legitimate world!!!
Thea was completely absorbed in exploring and figuring out how to beat the game, and finishing her first playthrough was a breeze.

OK! Awesome! Playthrough Two, go go go!
On the mode selection screen, the player remembered those hard days at sea with Whitebeard when they were "broke," and the vow she had made back then: to become the richest woman on the sea!
So this time, the player firmly chose "Infrastructure Mode."
But how did playing a full-dive infrastructure game end with her actually transmigrating?!
Oh, the player's power level is still intact, and so is the money. Then everything's fine.
Reader's Guide:
★ Grind for power in the early part, focus on infrastructure later.
★ The main focus is her career and raising kids; the romance is a small part of the story.
★ The female lead is an unapologetic hedonist. She's a player, after all, so of course she has no moral boundaries. I want to write a female pirate like BIG MOM (though the main story is probably about raising a child, with her arriving in the body of a little girl).
★ Pick your CP (the main story may not return the romantic interest, or may have no CP; in that case, I'll write CP side stories. In short, it all depends on how I write it, so don't get your hopes up about the romance).
★ The author doesn't play many games, so the game mechanics aren't based on any existing games.
★ OOC and clumsy writing are guaranteed.
Theme: Come on! Bring in the money! Come on! Bring in the money!
Among pirate fandoms, I really like reading novels of the fourth disaster + cool writing + infrastructure (or farming) type.
I really like this setting. Laws must keep writing it.
I really like the introduction and opening, so please give it a thumbs up, author!
