Kurokawa Sawa, code-named Shibellano, is a hard-working, true-to-the-name brandy in the liquor factory family. A former member of the intelligence division and now part of the action team, he's an expert assassin and Gin's childhood friend. Kurokawa Sawa does the work of two people all by himself, making him a model employee of the new generation at the liquor factory.

As the organization's third-in-command, Kurokawa Sawa devotes every day to getting Rum ousted. On the very first day after he returned to Neon City, Gin brought him three allegedly talented newcomers, so Kurokawa Sawa happily took them under his wing.

That is, until one day, that bottle of Scotch Whiskey turned into a rat...

A few months after infiltrating the organization, Akai Shuichi met Shibellano, his direct superior and a highly respected figure in the organization.
