A Man Who Doesn't Love Himself Is Like...

This story may be the result of the author being driven mad by Korean webtoons pairing promiscuous tops with earnest bottoms.

Bottom: Yu Nian

Top: Cen Xiaoshu

Cen Xiaoshu went to great lengths to become Yu Nian's friend, hoping to get close to him. But on the day he planned to confess, he learned from Yu Nian that he wanted a lover who was as faithful and pure as he was.

Simply put, a virgin.

Before meeting Yu Nian, Cen Xiaoshu loved partying with friends and enjoying life. In the past, he would have laughed and called anyone who said such a thing an old-fashioned relic from some bygone dynasty. Now he couldn't laugh.

Cen Xiaoshu burst into tears. He despised himself and wept in front of Yu Nian, tears and snot streaming down his face. They say men shouldn't cry easily, but he would cry himself blind, or kneel and beg Yu Nian, or become a dog wagging its tail and pleading for scraps at Yu Nian's feet. If any of it could move Yu Nian, he would do anything.
