[Three Kingdoms] How a History-Blind Person Played the Young Emperor of Han

[Blurb]

The System sent Liu Bian to ancient times to play a foolish ruler. As long as he completed the character's ending, he'd be set for life.

Liu Bian was overjoyed. This would be a piece of cake.

He hadn't read much, but he knew that a wise ruler should draw close to worthy ministers and keep petty men at a distance.

So, as a foolish ruler, he should draw close to petty men and keep worthy ministers away.

And so

Liu Bian: "This man is handsome, refined, and fond of incense. He must be the prime minister who holds the emperor hostage to command the feudal lords. I should get close to him."

Xun Yu: ?

Liu Bian: "This man is short and unremarkable in appearance, but brave and powerful. He must be the greatest warrior, the one known as the slave of three surnames. If you don't mind, I can be your adoptive father."

Cao Cao: ?

Liu Bian: "This man is perfectly ordinary and keeps to himself. He must be the treacherous subordinate, Zhuge Kongming, who wants to overthrow my rule. I'll take him on. I hear he works himself to death for his lord, so I should give him plenty of work."

Jia Xu: ?

And so, with his intelligence and deep knowledge of history, Liu Bian gathered countless "petty men" around him.

Years later, the System returned to find a flourishing age of peace, with the realm united under one rule.

The System, mentally shattered on the spot: Is this right?

It opened its Host's medical records, which read:

[The patient suffers from a disorder affecting their understanding of history.]

[Commonly known as: Historical illiteracy.]

P.S. Parallel universe.
