Saving the Heartthrob

Coming next: The Comforting Daily Life of a Fake Young Master with No Ambition [Easygoing and composed beauty recipient x jealous, sinister, violent Evil God who sees the whole world as his rival and finally gets together with him in real life]. Overnight, a young man who only wants to live an idle life finds himself in the sights of the whole world.

Lin Nuan, a delivery driver in a post-apocalyptic wasteland, gets the most ridiculous order in history:

[Deliver directly to the Savior himself. Location: S-rank contaminated zone outside the city. Note: He hasn't eaten in three days. I'm afraid he'll starve to death.]

Seeing the tenfold delivery fee, Lin Nuan goes for it.

When he finds the legendary great man, the man is sitting alone amid a mountain of corpses and a sea of blood. His sacred robes are stained red, and his eyes are so empty it looks like he'll shatter at any moment.

Lin Nuan silently sets down the delivery: the most ordinary egg fried rice, with double the pickled long beans.

Pei Jichen looks up, his vacant gaze falling on him.

Lin Nuan scratches his head and, out of professional habit, blurts out:

"Dear customer, please give me a five-star review."

"Since you're the Savior, I'll give you a discount next time~"

Later, the god who saved the world becomes Lin Nuan's regular customer.

Later still, Pei Jichen squeezes into the tiny kitchen of Lin Nuan's apartment, takes a bowl of egg fried rice from his hands, and asks softly:

"If I'm no longer the Savior... can I still get the monthly subscription discount?"
