After transmigrating to the Zerg world, Jiang Jiang's rule for survival is simple: keep a low profile, maintain his disguise, and work hard.

That is, until a sky screen appears out of nowhere and broadcasts news that shakes the universe.

The Zerg Queen, unseen for three thousand years, will descend in this world and lead her people to glory.

The entire universe knows that without their Queen, the Zerg have long since become the most rabid scourge in existence. Now hope has been rekindled, and the scourge is about to gain its ruler. The entire Zerg race goes mad, turning over every stone to find their supreme will.

Eating synthetic nutrient paste, Jiang Jiang happily watches this universe-wide livestream of a search for the Queen's family. He gives the Zerg credit for their devotion and prays the Queen will ascend the throne soon, so interstellar shipping can get back on track and prices will stop going through the roof.

Then one day, he looks up in shock and realizes that the face of the Queen, magnified across the sky screen, is his own!

At that moment, Jiang Jiang is utterly crushed.

Looking at the wages in his account that he hasn't even had a chance to enjoy yet, and thinking about next week's work schedule, he asks a question from the depths of his soul:

"Before I run away, can you pay me my wages?"
