(Bleach) The Golden Ruins

Tentative blurb:

Byakuya: I always thought she was hiding her true abilities. Turns out she's just incredibly naive.

Ichigo (looking at Byakuya): I've always wondered why she didn't go berserk after the two of us saw everything.

Byakuya (turning away): Boring.

A blazing fire suddenly erupts behind them. Rukia pokes her head out and glares at Ichigo and Byakuya: Tell me, when did you two get a look at my adorable Kaori?

Aizen (pushing up his glasses): I'm curious about that too.

Judo Kaori (poking her head out): I'm even more curious!

P.S. The above crazy blurb is only tentative, I'll revise it later. For now, getting the story posted is more important. I agonized over whether to write this for two whole weeks, but finally decided to go for it. The ending isn't set yet; I'll decide as the story develops.

The heroine is a little calculating and very powerful, but she's no jack-of-all-trades. She's neither a Snow Maiden nor a saintly mother figure. This is not a Mary Sue story, so readers who only like Mary Sue stories should proceed with caution!

Also, I haven't decided whether this will be one-on-one or an NP romance. One thing is certain: the scope of this story is huge, and anyone from Bleach might show up. (Even that guy who sweeps the floors!)

Also, if I accidentally, um, break up one of the canon couples, please go easy on me when you hit me.

Since you've already clicked in, why not read it first? I hope you enjoy this labor of love...
