Is This a Cat?

Shi Yan is an ordinary office worker.

An impossible workload, constant overtime, a stubborn boss who never listens, a fragile coworker who dumps her work on her at the slightest excuse, brainless clients who never understand a word she says, and ever-shrinking personal time... Everything makes her feel frustrated and miserable.

Then one day, after she wished on her birthday to escape this shitty reality, it seemed the heavens had heard her prayer.

She gained a magical filter.

Through this dreamy filter, the annoying coworkers and boss all turned into fluffy, soft, adorable cats, and their irritating voices became the sounds of cats meowing sweetly.

For the first time in ages, Shi Yan found peace within herself.

Shi Yan seemed like a different person.

The woman who usually wore a cold, lifeless expression suddenly started smiling at her one day.

Her gaze was always on her, and every time she looked over, their eyes met. She even abandoned her usual aloof indifference and offered to help, invited her over after work, and showed her gentle, thoughtful care in every way. Sometimes she gave her inexplicable cat toys, but that was a trivial matter. Later, she even helped brush her hair, and there were more and more seemingly accidental touches...

The self-important boss / the rich kid coworker who often skipped work to party and could still do nothing the next day after a hangover / the smiling client who cared only about profit: She must be in love with me!
