I was once lost. I once couldn't let go.
But my future is still long.
Keeping a diary isn't about sinking into the abyss of the past.
It's about climbing out of that abyss,
rallying my strength, and moving forward again.
Becoming an adult seems to have completely transformed the way I think.
I want to use this diary to record
my growth.
I also hope that people with the same worries as me can stop tormenting themselves,
