I'm Just an Ordinary NPC

-

My name is Qiong. I'm a trainee alchemist in the starter village of a single-player fantasy game.

I'm forever stuck making three kinds of low-level potions. My dialogue always gets skipped, and my drab appearance will doubtless be with me for eternity.

The players are also utterly shameless and want to rob me.

That is, until I awakened a little.

Now I can make more potions and become a max-level alchemist. I can open the players' treasure chests ahead of time, change into pretty clothes, and wander all over the world.

Of course, I've gained a little freedom.

But I'm still just an ordinary NPC.
