Looking at the first few chapters, it should be a novel with the King in Yellow - Hastur as the main plot line. The male protagonist picked up a mysterious necklace (probably a yellow seal) before his home was destroyed, and then started an adventure. After reading that now there are Star Familia, Black Goat of the Forest, Lord of the Black Lake, and Dagon. Generally speaking, it is a bit similar to the Dragon Clan. I guess it is the Dust Warlock of Hodel Academy to protect the home of mankind.
