I happen to have three favorite Naruto books in my library. Well, they should all have two male protagonists (the third one has a boy and a girl, but there are so few at the moment that I'm not sure if it's a cp with a girl). The first original male protagonist is CP Itachi, and the second one is CP Minato, but the male protagonist's ability is time type, and they have a wonderful fate with Madara.
