I Kicked My Trash Dad to the Curb: The Mental Hospital Doctor Joined the Army on an Island

Period + military marriage + real and fake heiresses + unhinged antics + foraging on a sea island + face-slapping

Battle-hardened “psychiatric” military doctor vs. scheming, aloof military commander

Lin Banxia was a top military doctor who had just finished “advanced training” at a psychiatric hospital. When she opened her eyes, she had become the real heiress who'd been kicked out of her home in the 1970s.

The original owner had it rough. The fake heiress had stolen her place at university, and her own father had bundled her off to marry a dirt-poor old bachelor in the countryside, all to get wedding money for her stepbrother?

Lin Banxia gave a cold laugh. “No wasting energy on inner turmoil. If there's a problem, I'll go crazy right away!”

The fake heiress flaunted herself at her engagement party? Lin Banxia stormed in with a butcher's knife, threw her stepbrother over her shoulder and sent him to orthopedics, then trashed the place, planted a foot on her scumbag father's face, and cheerfully made off with the family savings and house deed.

“My turf, my rules. You're all sleeping on the street!”

To get away from the mess, she turned around and signed up for the most grueling assignment: joining the troops on a remote sea island.

Her awful relatives gleefully assumed she was off to live on scraps. Instead, Lin Banxia thrived on the island, taking the families from the military compound out to forage for seafood every day with military precision, until they had all the seafood they could eat.

Then, without even meaning to, she used a scalpel to expose a nest of spies hiding on the island, and even netted a foreign surveillance submarine, earning outstanding military honors!

The once aloof commander, Huo Yanlin, who used to look down on her, handed over all his allowance booklets and ration coupons, then cornered her against the wall and murmured, “You can run the military district, and I'll run you. How about it?”
