The Sky Screen Spoiled the Future, Forcing Me to Build Infrastructure

Reincarnated as the foolish emperor of a kingdom on the verge of collapse, I’m just about to lie flat and give up when a giant screen suddenly appears in the sky.

As my court watches messages scroll by, such as [Your Majesty, take a look at the First Emperor next door and his KPIs!], [If you put even half the effort you spend on cricket fighting into building roads...], and [Urgent! Anyone online have a cement recipe?], they fall into deep thought.

The next day, my eighty-year-old tutor rolls up his sleeves and clutches a copy of Quick Homemade Cement, sobbing, “Your Majesty, this old servant... this old servant can still learn!”

Meanwhile, I stare in stunned silence at the new top tipper on the sky screen: the username “Continue the Legacy of Six Generations.”

Lord Zheng, what on earth are you doing joining in on this?!

The main gimmick: past and present collide, a lie-flat emperor gets “supervised” online, and historical figures drop into the comment section.
