Consort Hua Takes Up Arms: Your Majesty, I’m Taking This Empire

[Empresses in the Palace fan fiction + special forces instructor transmigrates into another world + unconventional power fantasy + nation-building]

A modern special forces instructor transmigrates into Hua Fei Nian Shilan from Empresses in the Palace.

When she opens her eyes to find herself caught in a scheme involving the Joyful Fragrance, she is no longer a lovesick fool who only knows how to compete for a man's favor.

Her peerless beauty is a disguise, and cold-blooded tactics are her creed. Faced with the harem's schemes, she has no interest in palace intrigue. She believes the only truth is that which lies within artillery range!

She fixes her brother Nian Gengyao's “self-destructive” tendencies, and the siblings turn Yikun Palace into a special operations command center. They train a new army, build firearms, and lift the maritime ban, transforming her once-useless brother into the “War God of the East.”

While the empress is still plotting abortions and Zhen Huan is still sighing, “May I find a man who loves only me,” Nian Shilan is already clad in golden armor, holding a map of the entire world, and planting the Great Qing's flag across the globe.

Yongzheng looks at the court, where everyone answers only to the Regent Imperial Noble Consort, and says, terrified yet unable to do without her, “Shilan, my empire...”

Nian Shilan wipes down the revolver in her hand and smiles. “Don't worry, Your Majesty. With me in charge, the empire will be fine. But remember, a good emperor does as he is told.”
