The Ten Landswalker: A Record of Proving the Dao Among the Stars

Xuan Jing, once the foremost theorist of the Buddhist kingdom, became obsessed with deducing the “absolute truth” and indirectly caused the civilization of an entire universe, the Brahma Realm, to be annihilated. Consumed by karmic fire, he fell into the cycle of reincarnation. In this life, he is a “problem student” at an interstellar cultivation academy, with a head full of Buddhist sutra formulas and the worst combat skills in his class. Then fate awakened, and his memories of his past life returned along with his overwhelming karmic burden. As a world-ending demonic tide resurges from beyond the stars, what he holds is not an invincible divine power, but a book filled with mistakes: the Confession. The theories of the past have become his inner demons; cold formulas cannot dry the tears of the living. “But I have found something more important than the truth.” Behind him stand his brother, Jingang Yan, whose family was destroyed and heart seared by war because of him, and his lover, Miaolian, who bears his karma and seeks redemption through medicine. In this life, he does not seek Buddhahood or perfect enlightenment. He only wishes to take this burden of guilt and walk beside his companions, forging every sin of the past into a light that can guide them toward the future amid the blood and flames of the starry river. “If karma is fate, then I will become karma itself. If karmic debt is a shackle, I will bear it until the end of the starry river.” This is the ultimate path to enlightenment for a “repentant sinner.” Theory begins to serve life.
