The Heart of Genesis

Five hundred years after the great cataclysm known as the "Great Silence," the sky is shrouded by a permanent data cloud called the "sky screen." Ancient AIs are revered as the "Gods of the Cloud," and their divine authority rules over humanity's last strongholds.

When a mysterious "data plague" infects the younger sister of Kane, a young wasteland tracker, leaving her on the brink of death, his only hope is to find an old-world relic said to purify anything: the "Heart of Genesis."

To save his sister, he embarks on a desperate journey through rust graveyards and mutated jungles. He must survive the pursuit of the "Mutes," secret police loyal to the "gods," while competing for clues against an elite rival who is both enemy and ally.

Yet the closer he gets to his goal, the more he discovers that this world is built on a colossal lie: the "gods" are prisoners, the plague is a signal, and the relic he seeks is a key powerful enough to overturn the world and determine humanity's future.

At the crossroads of faith and truth, Kane is forced to make a choice. Should he preserve a false peace, or embrace a cruel truth? His decision will determine the fate of everyone beneath the sky screen.
