A Wrong Turn Through Time: Chaos in Another World

Synopsis of Stealing Through Time: Chaos in Another World Jin Mantang, a market vendor; Ji Qingxian, a hapless engineering student; and Shi Potian, a food-loving powerhouse, are three amateur "tomb raiders." Mistaking a sweet potato cellar for an ancient tomb from the Warring States period, they trigger a mysterious rift in time and space and tumble headfirst into a bizarre otherworld! The moment they arrive, villagers mistake them for "glowing monsters" and chase them with hoes. After a struggle, they run into Su Meier, a theatrical female thief who has transmigrated too, and team up to survive. But things go wrong at every turn. Jin Mantang's "fast-talking con artist act" gets them free food and lodging, only for him to be fleeced by otherworldly merchants. Ji Qingxian's bizarrely modified gadgets either short-circuit or explode, yet somehow end up saving the day. Shi Potian cares about nothing but huge pork knuckles, and charges through danger with his "iron head that smashes everything" and his "eat-all-you-can buff." Su Meier's disguises keep getting exposed, but her "healing soup that tastes awful but works wonders" wins her unexpected trust. To make matters worse, they've drawn the attention of a tomb-raiding alliance that operates across countless worlds. Mistaken for formidable rivals with a "secret treasure of time and space," they're hounded at every turn. Along the way, they also pick up Luo Qianqian, an adorable young mage who keeps getting her spells wrong. She means to cast a fireball but conjures cotton candy instead, and accidentally becomes the team's "ambassador of peace." The five are finally together, with no grand plan to save the world. All they want is to "eat well, stay warm, and get back to Earth." But the road through the otherworld is full of traps: tsundere beasts that can talk, tribes that live by the motto "eating comes first," and sarcastic ghosts hiding in ancient tombs... They tackle crises with the most ridiculous tricks and win over the otherworld with their comic talents.
