After My Divorce, My Haunted House Heals the World

On the day of his divorce, Lin Mo takes over a horror house on the verge of bankruptcy.

His ex-wife arrives to show off her new boyfriend, a rich heir, but Lin Mo’s crude horror set-up scares them both out of their wits and lands them in the hospital, turning them into laughingstocks across the city.

Everyone thinks he just got lucky.

But the very next day, his ex-wife’s wealthy father, Su Shanhe, comes in person to “demand justice” for his daughter and specifically asks to try the scariest attraction.

Lin Mo quietly opens the newly activated “Ghost Wedding” attraction.

When Su Shanhe emerges, he isn’t angry. With tears in his eyes, he grabs Lin Mo’s hand. “Master! My depression, which has made my life unbearable for over a decade, is cured! Here’s a hundred million. Please let me come in for regular treatment!”

The whole city is in an uproar, and the circle of top tycoons goes completely wild!

The hashtag #ThatHorrorHouseCanCureUntreatableMentalIllnesses# explodes across trending searches.

Reservations are booked three years ahead, and ticket prices soar through the roof.

And Lin Mo’s horror empire is only just getting started.

As various factions question and undermine him, and his ex-wife begs for forgiveness and reconciliation, he simply smiles and opens an even scarier attraction.

“Welcome. Our establishment promises to cure all unhappiness.”
