Defending Against the Mutants Sweeping the Globe

In the year 2242, humanity huddled inside gigantic ark cities to fend off the mutant monsters sweeping across the globe. Genetic warriors, super soldiers awakened to genetic abilities, were humanity’s only hope. Lin Yuan, a resident of the city’s lowest wasteland district, was judged “worthless” in his final genetic potential test and was about to be exiled to the wasteland beyond the city to die. At death’s door, he unexpectedly awakened a one-of-a-kind ability: a System that could analyze, extract, and endlessly enhance the genetic fragments of any living thing. From the lowliest scavenger to the ultimate predator roaming the universe, Lin Yuan’s path of evolution began. He would devour the genes of gods and demons, forge unprecedented forms of life, and gradually uncover the dark secrets behind the mutants and the destruction of the old civilization.
