In 2242, the “Prometheus” virus, designed to regenerate human cells, was accidentally released, turning most of humanity into terrifying creatures that kept evolving: the “Corpse Ghouls.” Ling Feng, a former elite special forces soldier, suffered a mortal wound during a mission and was secretly placed in a cryogenic pod. Ten years later, he awoke in a forgotten laboratory, only to find that the world had become a hunting ground for Corpse Ghouls. Even more shocking, an ultra-secret prototype combat System called “Rebel Zero” had been implanted in his body. Armed with this inhuman power, Ling Feng must not only fight the ever-stronger Corpse Ghouls, but also struggle to survive among human survivors consumed by suspicion and betrayal, while gradually uncovering the chilling truth behind the outbreak and his own transformation.
