Beast Lord of the Apocalypse

In 2077, the "Crimson Fog" engulfs the globe. Half of humanity mutates in the mist into mindless "Rotters," animals and plants mutate at a terrifying rate, Earth's ecosystem collapses, and all traces of civilized order vanish. Survivors struggle amid the ruins, and those with supernatural abilities become humanity's key to survival. The protagonist, Li Wei, awakens the most unusual abilities of all: "beast speech" and "taming." He can understand every mutated creature and even forge contracts through sheer will, bringing them under his command.
