Ling Yuan, the number-one jungler in the Korean server, joins BIG, a team that has long played around its jungler, in Season 16.

But in a crucial match, he gives his teammates instructions. They resent him, the team loses, and he becomes the scapegoat.

Then, he unexpectedly transmigrates and awakens the God’s Protection System. Just as Ling Yuan is cursing the System for being useless, he joins the newly reformed IG.

Seeing TheShy, ning, rookie, Uzi, baolan, and Ming, he finally understands.

When Ling Yuan leads the gods onto the stage of the S15 World Championship, he proclaims to the world: The gods have not grown old. They have only been waiting for me!!!
