Honey, You Failed Your Family KPI

[Housewife’s comeback + managing her husband + elite professional] After seven years as a full-time housewife, Bai Shiqing has become the person she hates most: suspicious and filled with resentment.

Then she spots a keychain on her best friend’s bag that matches one in a cycling photo of her husband, Li Yunting.

She doesn’t make a scene. She opens her computer instead. If her husband treats work like home and home like a hotel, then he can’t blame her for using the methods she applies to managing a publicly traded company to run the household.

Family meetings to align their goals; performance reviews to quantify everyone’s contributions; resource allocation to free up her hands.

She even draws up a detailed “Husband Position KPI.”

The next time Li Yunting lies, she makes a graceful entrance and slaps a data report down in front of him. “President Li, your ‘family participation’ performance this month is unsatisfactory. Are you trying to quit this position?”

Watch a former marketing director master both work and family life as she makes a spectacular comeback.
