Urban Chronicles of Exorcism

Chu Yuan grips the Soul-Calming Ruler, while Lu Chuan wields the Evil-Splitting Spear. The moment these brothers shatter the barrier around their school gates, the city’s disguise is torn away for good.

Soul-eating demons emerge from the subway late at night. Marrow-sucking demon cultivators lurk in skyscrapers. And the “Corroding Bones Case,” a subject even the Martial Arts Administration avoids discussing, turns out to be connected to forbidden arts from a century ago. Chu Yuan’s innate Yin-Yang Eyes can see through the disguises of evil spirits. Lu Chuan possesses a divine body-tempering art that lets him stand against Foundation Establishment demons head-on. But they don’t know that the bronze talismans their families have guarded for generations have already attracted the attention of shadowy forces.

“China is no place for demons. With us brothers here, evil spirits will be exterminated!” Faced with a manhunt ordered by the Rogue Cultivators’ Alliance and the sight of their loved ones falling victim to demons, the two clasp hands and make a solemn vow. The Soul-Calming Ruler can subdue evil ghosts, and the Evil-Splitting Spear can pierce through conspiracies. But when the bronze talismans unlock an ancient legacy, the boys finally realize that they must protect not just their families, but the entire city’s martial arts order!
