The Ruins of Crystal Memories

In Liuli City, memories are commodities and history is a lie.

Here, people can buy a master’s skills and experience lives they never lived. They can also sell their most precious memories to make ends meet, becoming “Untouchables” with nothing left.

Chen, a memory repairer from the lower district, is a self-serving opportunist who cares only about money. During a transaction, he unexpectedly obtains a forbidden “memory crystal.” It contains not only the bloody original sin behind the city’s glamorous founding, but also an even more shocking prediction of its imminent, catastrophic end.

In an instant, Chen goes from being a detached bystander to the target of the city’s highest authority, the Equilibrium Council, which will stop at nothing to erase him. The cold commander of the Silent Guard, Night Owl, shadows him at every turn, and an invisible net begins to close around him.

To stay alive, and to satisfy his obsessive hunger for the truth, Chen is forced to join forces with mysterious allies and embark on a deadly journey to restore memories and overturn the world.

When memories can be altered and peace rests on lies, what proves that a person truly exists?

Should one sink into false tranquility, or rise up in the face of a cruel truth?

For Chen, this is more than a desperate escape. It is a war to reclaim himself and uncover the world as it truly is.
