The Legend of Wang Lingguan

Born with a divine eye in his forehead, the young Wang Shan lives in an age where gods and demons coexist and the Heavenly Court has grown corrupt. He witnesses human suffering and demons running rampant. He is no chosen one, and has no System or wise old mentor to give him a golden finger. With only his innate divine eye and an indomitable, pure heart, he finds a master and learns the way, gradually developing his natural gifts to their fullest and mastering the purest, most domineering art of thunder. The story's greatest appeal lies in how the protagonist's growth depends entirely on his own will and battle smarts. In a mortal body, he performs the deeds of a god: slaying demons, destroying evil gods, defying the laws of Heaven, and restoring the celestial order. In the end, his illustrious achievements and immeasurable merits carry him up to the Ninth Heaven, where he becomes the fearsome Divine Inspector General, the Great Spirit Official of Dutian, and restores order to the Heavenly Dao. The story is packed with satisfying moments. The protagonist is decisive and ruthless, using overwhelming strength and justice to sweep away every injustice in the world.
