My Deskmate Is the Campus Heartthrob, and Our Love Is So Sweet

Lin Yue is an ordinary girl with a lively, carefree personality. Full of anticipation for college life, she steps onto campus. Jiang Yi, meanwhile, is the campus heartthrob: handsome, academically gifted, and an astonishing basketball player. Girls are always flocking around him, but he pays no attention to their advances.

One day, while looking for a book in the library, Lin Yue accidentally bumps right into Jiang Yi, sending books scattering everywhere. As they hurriedly pick them up, their fingers brush by chance. Lin Yue's cheeks turn crimson, and Jiang Yi freezes for a moment. This extraordinary first encounter plants the seed of love in their hearts. Afterward, they keep running into each other all over campus: during class discussions, club activities, and in line at the cafeteria. Every time they spend together, Lin Yue's candid, charming nature makes Jiang Yi's heart flutter, while Jiang Yi's gentleness and thoughtfulness gradually win Lin Yue over.

Just as their relationship begins to heat up, however, Jiang Yi's ex-girlfriend suddenly reappears. Unwilling to accept their breakup, she targets Lin Yue at every turn and creates one misunderstanding after another, leaving Lin Yue hurt and confused. At the same time, Lin Yue's family believes Jiang Yi comes from such a wealthy background that the gap between him and their daughter is too great, and strongly opposes their relationship. Under mounting pressure from those around them, Jiang Yi and Lin Yue begin to argue, and their relationship teeters on the brink.

With support from their friends and after reflecting on himself, Jiang Yi realizes where he has gone wrong. He stands firmly by Lin Yue and proves his sincerity to her family. Lin Yue also gathers the courage to face her feelings for Jiang Yi instead of running away. In the end, they overcome every obstacle hand in hand, grow even more certain of their love, and step together into a brighter future.
