The Sequence Instigator: Sipping Milk Tea in the Arms of Tokyo's Evil God

Kujou Hayabusa, Demon Gate Sequence Nine: The Instigator. Current job: Star tea shaker at Moe Nyan Milk Tea Shop in Akihabara, Tokyo. Daily duties: Heal the hearts of cute girls with a handsome smile that looks good from every angle, delight their taste buds with sugar measured down to the milligram, and use high-EQ banter to outwit the stingy shop owner, mostly to get an advance on his pay. His survival KPI? Pay off that damn 370-million-yen yakuza debt! Probably. Hidden objectives: 1. Maintain his sanity on the brink of an evil god’s whispers, and make sure he doesn’t go mad first; 2. Incite Tokyo’s bizarre entities and lunatics to play a death game of “Who Can Make It to the End?”; 3. While he’s at it, climb the deadly Sequence ladder. Tokyo’s sweet facade is melting: Whispers in an abandoned maid cafe conceal a flesh altar, fanatical believers’ prayers are preludes to sacrifice, and a writhing box of shadows yearns for its next Host… Ordinary people lose themselves in daily life, while the Awakened struggle on the brink of losing control. Only Kujou Hayabusa, armed with Demon Gate knowledge that sees through every bizarre phenomenon, smiles as he sees through this absurd rehearsal for the apocalypse. His latest little achievement: With three deadly whispers, he sparked a schism in a cult, got its leader chewed up like a snack by their own “sacred relic,” and, while he was at it… dumped his astronomical debt on the cultists who were kneeling and begging him to “collect” it. “Milk tea needs full sugar, and life needs madness. Shaking tea in an evil god’s arms makes your heart race!” [Sequence Awakening x Lovecraftian Tokyo] Watch an elegant madman use his silver tongue to tame bizarre entities! A gentle tea shaker on the surface, secretly inciting gods with underhanded schemes! The ultimate dance party of sanity and madness starts now!
