The Martial God Seeks the Way

During the Jiajing era, in Nanjiang, Liu Wugang was born into poverty, bearing a Martial God physique unlike any seen in countless ages. He began martial arts training at six, sought out masters everywhere, and after ten years of grueling practice broke through to the innate realm, becoming invincible in the mortal world. At seventeen, sword in hand, he headed west, braving Kunlun and crossing snowy mountains in search of elusive traces of immortals. In the depths of despair, he chanced upon an opportunity, entered the Dao through martial arts, and embarked on a defiant path to immortality. The will of humanity forges his armor, the power of heaven and earth sharpens his edge. The path he walks is the legend of a Martial God’s rise; the Dao he protects is the immortal backbone of all martial artists. Witness how this poor young man uses his fists to command the world, breaks through the heavens with martial might, and becomes an eternal legend spanning the realms of immortals and mortals: “Martial arts have no end, and neither does the pursuit of the Dao. With one punch, I can protect all realms!” A young man from Nanjiang rises from the dust, one punch shattering the barrier and shaking the heavens. His fist splits chaos and gives birth to vital force; his sword cleaves primordial chaos and reveals the truth. Though lonely, he knocks upon the immortal gates, his pure heart reflected in Kunlun’s snow. With both fists, he fuses the Dao of immortals and mortals, and only after protecting all living beings does he attain godhood.
