Song of Everlasting Sorrow, Song of the Rainbow Skirt and Feathered Robe

Centered on the tragic love between Emperor Xuanzong of Tang and Yang Guifei, this story follows the tumultuous fate of a prosperous dynasty's ruler and a peerless beauty amid power struggles, war, and political schemes. Through classic scenes such as their first meeting at Mount Li, their vows of love at Huaqing Palace, and their final farewell at Mawei, it weaves in the artistic legacy of The Song of the Rainbow Skirt and Feathered Robe to portray a love that transcends life and death. When the cavalry of the An Lushan Rebellion shatters the vows made in the Hall of Eternal Life, only poetry and music keep this eternal sorrow echoing through history.
