We Married Before We Knew How to Love

Married Before We Knew How to Love is a coming-of-age novel focused on the marital struggles of young people in today's cities. Through 100 slices of everyday life, it follows a young couple on their long journey from passion fading to understanding love anew. The symbolic image of a medicine box runs throughout the story as the protagonists face, amid the daily grind, questions in marriage more complicated than love: responsibility, acceptance, personal growth, and the uncertainties of life.
