Twin Sisters Transmigrate: A Mother-Daughter Team in the Household Battles

After an elevator accident, career-minded powerhouse Shi Xiaowen and her mischievous younger sister Shi Xiaoqing wake up in a historical household-intrigue novel as a miserable mother and daughter: a 36-year-old matriarch whose husband has lost interest in her, and a 16-year-old young lady who gets pushed around! Faced with a smiling but treacherous second concubine, a scheming half-sister, and a whole household of snobs, the sisters immediately hit it off: "Let's use modern thinking to take down this bunch of ancient weirdos!"

At a flower-viewing banquet, Xiaoqing uses the tune of "Little Apple" to face-slap those who challenge her musical skills, then improvises a doggerel poem that leaves the second concubine livid. Xiaowen, meanwhile, whips out the account books and exposes embezzlement on the spot. Just as they look set to turn things around, the mysterious student Wu Le takes a particular interest in Xiaoqing's "strange behavior," while the second concubine has already sent a letter to her family in the dead of night: "We have to get rid of that mother and daughter!"

When modern souls collide with an ancient household, the sisters must hide their identities, outsmart wicked servants, and deal with their increasingly suspicious and handsome senior fellow disciple. Worst of all, their father, the master of the house who is always away on business, will be home in three days!
