Hyperdimensional Designation S001

The Magic City, a steel jungle that never sleeps. When Lu Ming, an ordinary programmer, unexpectedly discovers that he can “sense” and “edit” the “dimensional rifts” that suddenly appear in reality, his ordinary life is turned upside down. These rifts lead to strange and dangerous “instance worlds,” from ancient battlefields to futuristic wastelands, from caves overrun by monsters to miraculous cities of advanced technology.

The “Dimension System” descends, and some people around the world are chosen as “players,” forced to take part in a game of life and death. Clearing an instance can grant extraordinary powers, wondrous items, and even the authority to alter reality. Failure may mean utter destruction.

With his unique “editing” permissions, Lu Ming can make minor adjustments to instance rules, foresee some dangers, and even alter item attributes. In this new age of unknowns and opportunities, he rises step by step from an obscure corporate drone, exploring the mysteries of the dimensions, battling unknown enemies, protecting all that he holds dear, and seeking the truth behind this “game.” He is the special entity designated S001, the brightest wildcard in this war of sequences.
