The Sound of a Squib: The Night the Pack Dispersed

Beneath the dazzling lights and shadows of the magical world, Alger Pruitt is an "error" who doesn't belong: a Squib born into an ancient pure-blood family. He can feel the pulse of magic as clearly as his own breathing, yet he can never control even a fraction of it. This unspeakable anguish fuels the lamp that never goes out in his laboratory, giving rise to the "Sonic Resonator," an extraordinary invention that lets him "touch" the flow of magic in his own unique way.

But that touch draws darkness. Led by their leader Fenrir Greyback, the vicious werewolf gang known as the "Fangs of the Blood Moon" drags Alger into a nightmare. They recognize the Resonator's potential and force Alger to transform it into the devastating "Silence Annihilator"
