Supplier to the Ghost Market

In the early days of reform and opening up, Beijing’s antique market was once again bustling with activity. The damp, shadowy alleyways and backstreet stalls in particular became the main places for trading antiques. The air was thick with history, and countless secrets lay hidden beneath the surface. The most famous antique market was known as the “Ghost Market.” Its name came from ancient legends and the eerie atmosphere of the place. The Ghost Market was in Beijing’s old city, near an ancient alley called Yin-Yang Street. By day, it seemed ordinary, but as dusk fell, a mysterious air began to spread. Many unsuspecting tourists and collectors liked to hunt for treasure there, but only a few knew that unfathomable history lay behind the market.
