The Frozen Apocalypse: A New Tribe

The story takes place after the 2012 apocalypse predicted by the Mayan civilization. The “end of the world” foretold by the Mayan calendar was not the catastrophic cosmic collision or destruction of Earth that humanity had imagined, but the beginning of extreme climate change. The Ice Age returned, temperatures plunged, and the climate grew steadily colder, leaving vast swathes of the world buried under snow and ice. Amid the apocalypse, the protagonist establishes a new tribe on the frozen land, wages war on and annexes other tribes, and ultimately unites humanity.
