Horror: I'm a Temporary Worker in the Underworld

Cheng Xin dies in a fire.

But with the arrival of Judge Lu Zhi Dao and a System, Cheng Xin comes back to life.

From then on, Cheng Xin takes on a new role: the mortal realm’s agent of the Day Patrol God.

By day, he records good and evil in the mortal realm with his brush. By night, he wields his staff to put an end to injustice.

When faced with unruly evil spirits, Cheng Xin always says:

“I’m just a worker for the Underworld. Don’t make things difficult for me. If you do, don’t blame me for breaking the employee handbook and making you vanish into nothing!”

When faced with evildoers in the mortal realm, Cheng Xin always says:

“Who do you think I am? Under the heavens, I’m the boss! Even the Jade Emperor can’t control me! Got a problem? Want to file a complaint? My boss is Judge Lu Zhi Dao. Want me to take you to the Underworld to see him?”
