Evolution Begins as a Willow Tree

Everything evolves.

Who would have thought I would begin evolving as a willow tree?

They are the spirits of all things, kings of the jungle and kings of the desert.

I am just a willow tree.

Watch as the willow tree reaches for the sky and all things bow before it.

Some wish me dead, while others hope I will hold up the heavens.

But I, the so-called "demon tree" in the mouths of humans and the "divine tree" in the mouths of beasts, satisfy no one.

I am just a tree, a tree that does as it pleases.

What do human relationships and the rules of heaven and earth have to do with me?

I have what it takes to control everything.
