Pokemon: Livestreaming from the Future, Turning Back the Legendary Pokemon Calamity

After the college entrance exams, Gu Yu was stopped by reporters and asked to estimate his score. When he said 740, the whole internet laughed and called him a liar. But two cheats were bound to his mind: a Hint System and a livestream from the future. The comments were filled with people from five years later begging him to save them: the Demon God Hoopa had broken free, six legendary Pokémon were slaughtering cities, only 200 million people remained worldwide, and he himself had died in the catastrophe.

He rushed into the Pokémon Nursery, swiped his card to buy a 6V Shiny Ralts egg, and picked up an unwanted Charcadet on the way out. The viewers were all spamming, "Don't pick that useless thing!" But when he saw its four maxed-out stats, he could barely keep the grin off his face. On the way home, Shen Shuran blushed as she talked herself into thinking he liked her. He was thinking only about where to catch the Dragon-type Pokémon in Mount Tai's secret realm.

No sooner had he caught a Sprigatito than he sent it into battle with a seed. The Sawsbuck leader promptly returned with a Noibat that had been attacked by Murkrow. The moment Gu Yu held Noibat in his arms, the comments went wild: "That's the one! The future Gym Leader Gu's ace!" He looked down at the trembling little bat, then remembered the image of Palkia's Spacial Rend piercing his chest five years from now. His fingers tightened unconsciously.
