Kamen Rider: The Destruction System Hunts Riders to Forge Cards

After transmigrating as Lu Ming, he binds himself to the All-Rider Destruction System from the start, with a Decade Driver thrown in. He has only one mission: kill every Rider in this fused world, seal them into cards, and send them back to their respective source worlds. After three months of hunting, Ryuki's Knight and Agito's Gills are already tucked away in his card box.

On the recruitment day at Great Flame Rider Academy, Lu Ming sneaks into the crowd in a tattered cloak. The testing device registers a factor value of 99.99%, blowing everyone away. His homeroom teacher, Ren Qianlian, personally enrolls him. Luo Tingting is so angry she jumps up and down, while Zhou Hui provokes him and ends up underfoot, munching on a chicken leg. At the awakening ceremony, the whole school watches the light around his waist shoot from E-rank all the way to A-rank. He gets the Faulty Driver II, unlocks the Cronus form, and crushes everyone by stopping time.

In a dark alley late at night, twenty-five mass-produced Riders surround Lu Ming. He stops time and walks slowly past the frozen wall of people. Cronus raises an arm, and green light gathers...

"When are those three principals coming back to school? I can't wait to hand them their cards."
