Hong Kong Crossover: You Told Me to Save People, but I End Up Ruling Hong Kong's Business World

After transmigrating, Xu Ran spent six months waiting for orders from his superiors, but none came. Instead, he made a fortune of over a million selling knockoff women's clothes. Just as the System bound itself to him, his cousin Huo Zui was kidnapped by D from Wo Shing Wo, who demanded a million. Xu Ran looked at the mission: take over as the boss of Tsuen Wan, and earn ten million as a reward.

That very night, he bet against Manchester United and won three million. Then he borrowed five hundred knife-wielders from Lao Wai. Before dawn, he found Kwun at Hung Hing and said, "Help me put on a show and flex our muscles. I'll give you half the clothing business in Tsuen Wan." When Inspector Wong Chi Shing of the Organized Crime and Triad Bureau brought his men to seal off the streets, D was in the hills behind Yuen Long, nailing Lung Gen into a wooden crate. Three hundred cleavers came flying up from the foot of the hill. D tumbled off a cliff, and Kwan Jai Sam was killed on the spot. Xu Ran took over a third of Tsuen Wan's territory, stepping over a carpet of blades, while Lung Gen shielded him from pressure from the triad leaders.

At the victory banquet, Lam Wai Lok tried to recruit him. Xu Ran flipped the table in front of everyone and said he wasn't worthy of being a boss. Kwun blocked the restaurant with five hundred men to collect a debt, but Xu Ran slapped down five million and said he had even sent D to his death. While all of Hong Kong asked after Shan Jai Ran, the System panel flashed: Tsuen Wan boss position, 80% complete.
