Naruto: Reborn as a Test Subject, Raised as Tsunade's Little Brother!

After transmigrating as the sole survivor of the Second Hokage's immortality experiment, Qianshou Qianqiu finds his body brimming with so much vitality that it feels ready to explode. He cannot even perform the simplest chakra extraction. That's all he has to his name. When Tsunade finds him beneath the old Senju estate, he has not even had time to figure out whether he is a boy or a girl.

He gets his life back, and they force him into the Senju family tree, but as soon as he steps out of the Hokage building, Danzo sets his sights on him: either send him to the front lines as a living weapon or throw him into Root, where he will never see daylight again. Jiraiya manages to secure a one-year guarantee, but in exchange, they must see enough value to put him to use within six months. What Tsunade really cares about is something else: he seems to possess a lost Uzumaki Clan ability called "Life Transfer." The last person with this power was known as the Reaper's Apostle, and not a trace of their remains was ever found.

Now everyone is watching this pink-haired kid who cannot even throw a kunai, waiting to see whether he can work a miracle or will simply explode before he makes it through his first field training exercise.
