NBA: From the Start, I Get the Big Three Template and Play Like LeBron

Wang Ting transmigrates to 2016 and opens his eyes to a preseason game. The Knicks are down 20 points to the Cavaliers, and he is merely an undrafted rookie without even a standard contract. The moment the coach sends him onto the court, the System activates, granting him three superstar cards: LeBron James's physique, Kevin Durant's offense, and Kawhi Leonard's defense.

He makes an explosive debut: a putback dunk, a steal leading to a coast-to-coast score, a chase-down block on LeBron James, and a string of crossovers. He scores 42 points, grabs 11 rebounds, and records 4 blocks and 3 steals, leading his team to a 20-point comeback. After the game, the Knicks offer him a minimum contract with no guarantees. Wang Ting tears it up in front of them. “You don't understand my value.”

The Cavaliers want to sign him, but he refuses to ride on a star's coattails. The Thunder show interest, but he decides they're not the right fit. In the end, he drops in on the Lakers for a tryout and blows everyone away in the physical tests: his maximum reach is 10 centimeters above the rim, setting a new record. In an intrasquad scrimmage, he leads four bench players to demolish the starters.

From undrafted rookie to the Lakers' new king, all it takes is one game. “I'm the strongest player in the league, bar none.”
