It is an original novel constructed by the author with Cthulhu elements as the main body, supplemented by other elements that are beneficial to writing and reading. The book is very good and contains a lot about the things and stories, monsters and settings in the Cthulhu Mythos. But I think it's okay for most people, but those who have read the original work will find this book a bit awkward. And buying into the path to invincibility from the start doesn't feel right for the context. It's not that you can't be invincible, but in the world of Cthulhu, power must come at a price. Some of the powerful gods are sleeping, some are stupid, and only Nyarlathotep is causing trouble anymore. I hope the author will use his spare time to read the original work.
