He serves not his teammates, but the story. It feels like he is still there to push the plot silently even after his teammates are dead.
I gave it 5 stars at first glance, but the more I looked at it, the lower the stars became and the more uncomfortable it became. Please read Chapters 10 to 20 to see if you can accept it. Everyone sees it from a different perspective.
